Only 20 min walk to downtown. In addition, free WiFi was handy. We didn't want to leave, strongly recommend...

We stayed 1 night and appreciated the so great location. Room cost is US $ 57. Furthermore, there was free Wi Fi at the hotel.

We were traveling to the Caverns and they gave us a 10% off coupon for the adults. Also we got a voucher for a full breakfast for the 2 adults and 5 kids any the steakhouse next door: eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy, waffles.
The bathroom shower faucet in both rooms didn't work very well. Kids couldn't adjust the water temp. (Very annoying.). We came back, however, 2 hrs after checkout to pick up a leftover jacket (which they had!) and they we're replacing the faucets. I hadn't said anything.

Everything! The front desk woman at check in was fantastic. Gave us discount passes to the caverns, told us about the free breakfast the next morning. Could not have been nicer.

Night and day managers were helpful. When we needed to change rooms it was handled efficiently (the first room was dirty and had been smoked in). The breakfast is in a steakhouse/ restaurant next door - it was a reasonable breakfast with some choices. The restaurant staff were also pleasant. Breakfast was included in the room price. The day manager gave us 20 percent off cards for use at the Caves of Sonora (available for adults only). Will probably use this hotel again if the price is right.
We were 1st given the only available room, a double room for disabled person(s). Someone had been smoking in this room. The bathroom floor had muddy shoe prints on it. There were several dead crickets and other bugs on the carpet and one behind the toilet. The manager found us another room which we moved to that was clean and did not smell of cigarettes. The price on Booked.net was $59 but even though it showed one available when we tried to book it at that price Booked.net then said it was unavailable, we were only able to book one at a higher price.

Only one comfortable chair, bed was very uncomfortable, and everything in the room seemed to be inconvenient.

That is at the middle of our way to Houston and the middle of the trip when we come back to El Paso ,
Never had one until March 2, 2015,in our way to Houston. Night "Lady" at reception desk was rude. The room given was very cold, heather was off and not working well took 5 hrs. to warming up.bad for a cancer patient!!!

The included breakfast was the best part of the whole experience. The adjacent restaurant offers several different meal choices, not a buffet, and serves the items right to your table. The food was great and the staff was very pleasant and professional.
Booked a double, non-smoking room for 3 adults and received a confirmation. Upon arrival, Days Inn had assigned those rooms already and the only room left was a King bed room and they could not provide us with a roll away in the smoking room section. As this area was experiencing an ice-storm, there were no other options within a 100 mile radius, so we stayed in the room. The smell was awful, the bed cramped with the three of us and we even had to clean the toilet ourselves before using it. Luckily we traveled with disinfection wipes. For the inconvenience we were offered only a 10% discount.

Thanks to office clerk's prompting I managed to get dinner food just before everything closed up. Disabled accommodations were helpful.

It was a nice quiet, clean and comfortable place too stay.
Wifi was slow and would stop working if I was on my laptop and my wife was on her Ipad.
